Section 6.15 - Decision by Supreme Court(a) The Supreme Court may approve the Trial Panel's findings of fact or make its own independent findings, impose discipline, dismiss the proceedings or take such other action as it deems appropriate.(b) Notice of the action or decision of the Supreme Court shall be given by the Clerk to the respondent, the Professional Responsibility Tribunal, the General Counsel and the Professional Responsibility Commission.(c) Petitions for rehearing on behalf of the respondent or the Association shall be filed with the Clerk of the Supreme Court within twenty (20) days from the date of mailing of the action or decision of the Supreme Court.Okla.
