Any insurance company offering property and casualty insurance policies may, in lieu of mailing or delivering, post on their website standard policies and endorsements that do not contain personally identifiable information. If an insurer elects to provide standard policy and endorsement forms on the insurer's website, the insurer shall ensure that the policies and endorsements are posted in a manner that complies with the following conditions:
1. The policy and endorsements shall be easily accessible;2. The insurer shall archive all policies and endorsements for a period of five (5) years after the expiration of the policy;3. All policies and endorsements shall be posted in a manner that allows an insured to print and save electronic copies of the documents;4. The insurer shall provide notice at the time of issuance of the initial policy forms and upon renewal of a method by which the insured may obtain, without charge, a paper or electronic copy of the insured's policy and endorsements;5. Each declaration page issued to an insured shall clearly identify the policy and endorsement forms purchased by the insured; and6. The insurer shall provide notice of any changes to the forms or endorsements and of the insured's right to obtain, without charge, paper or electronic copies of the forms in the manner the insurer customarily communicates with the insured.Okla.
