Section 307.1 - [Effective 11/1/2024] Rules and regulations

The Insurance Commissioner may adopt reasonable bulletins, orders, rules and regulations for the implementation and administration of the provisions of the Insurance Code and other statutes for which the Commissioner has jurisdiction.
