Section 317 - Witnesses or evidenceA. The Insurance Commissioner may take depositions, subpoena witnesses or documentary evidence, administer oaths, and examine under oath any individual relative to the affairs of any person being examined, or relative to the subject of any hearing or investigation.B. All administrative subpoenas shall be served in the same manner as if issued from a district court or in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act. If any person fails to obey a subpoena lawfully served, the Commissioner may forthwith report such disobedience, together with a copy of the subpoena and proof of service thereof, to the district court of the county in which the person was required to appear, and such court shall forthwith cause such person to be produced and shall impose penalties as though the person had disobeyed a subpoena issued out of such court.Okla.
