State agencies, boards, or commissions receiving data processing and or access services from the Oklahoma Court Information System shall be assessed reasonable fees for the services by the Administrative Director of the Courts. The services shall be provided by contract approved by the Administrative Director of the Courts and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. The Administrative Director shall issue a monthly statement to the entity. 20 O.S.Supp.1994 § 1315. Equipment or software purchased by O.C.I.S. for the purpose of supplying O.C.I.S. data processing services to state agencies, boards, or commissions shall be paid by those entities to the Oklahoma Court Information System in accordance with the contract. All funds received for O.C.I.S. data processing services and equipment purchased by O.C.I.S. shall be deposited in the Oklahoma Court Information System Revolving Fund. 20 O.S.Supp.1994 § 1315.
