Where a third party so deals with goods which have been identified to a contract for sale as to cause actionable injury to a party to that contract
Okla. Stat. tit. 12A, § 2-722
Oklahoma Code Comment
Under the Oklahoma real party in interest statute, 12 O.S. § 221, any person having a financial interest in the subject matter is entitled to maintain an action. Schmidt v. Nash, 203 Okl. 21, 217 P.2d 830 (1950). Thus, since under the Commercial Code, both the buyer and seller have an interest in goods, this section is consistent.
