Section 28-122 - [Effective Until 11/1/2024] Trial Docket - Criminal courts to observe certain holidaysA. The trial docket of the municipal criminal court of record shall be prepared and set by order of the presiding judge at such times and in such manner as he may prescribe.B. Municipal criminal courts of record shall remain closed on those holidays observed by the district courts of the state; however, the office of the court clerk may remain open for business.Okla.
