Section 715.51 - Billiards, pool, and gambling
Any municipal corporation may:
(A) Regulate billiard and pool tables, nine or ten pin alleys or tables, and shooting and ball alleys;(B) Authorize the destruction of instruments or devices used for the purpose of gambling.
