Section 5103.6016 - Firearms on grounds of residential infant care center(A) As used in this section, "firearm" has the same meaning as in section 2923.11 of the Revised Code. (B) A residential infant care center that regularly maintains on its premises schedule II controlled substances, as defined in section 3719.01 of the Revised Code, may do both of the following: (1) Maintain firearms at the facility; (2) Permit security personnel to bear firearms while on the grounds of the facility.Renumbered from § 5103.132 and amended by 134th General Assembly File No. TBD, HB 265,§1, eff. 6/13/2022.Added by 131st General Assembly, SB 199,§1, eff. 3/21/2017.
