Section 5103.30 - [Effective Until 1/1/2025] Ohio child welfare training programThe Ohio child welfare training program is hereby established in the department of job and family services as a statewide program. The program shall provide all of the following:
(A) The training that section 3107.014 of the Revised Code requires an assessor to complete;(B) The preplacement training that sections 5103.031 and 5103.033 of the Revised Code require a prospective foster caregiver to complete;(C) The continuing training that sections 5103.032 and 5103.033 of the Revised Code require a foster caregiver to complete;(D) The training that section 5153.122 of the Revised Code requires a PCSA caseworker to complete;(E) The training that section 5153.123 of the Revised Code requires a PCSA caseworker supervisor to complete;(F) The training required under section 5101.1414 of the Revised Code for a case manager and supervisor.Amended by 133rd General Assembly, HB 166,§101.01, eff. 10/17/2019.Amended by 131st General Assembly, HB 50,§1, eff. 9/13/2016.Effective Date: 09-21-2006 .This section is set out more than once due to postponed, multiple, or conflicting amendments.
