Section 4731.869 - Damages and attorney's fees(A) A plaintiff who prevails in an action under section 4731.861 or 4731.864 of the Revised Code shall be entitled to:(1) Reasonable attorney's fees; and(2) Either of the following: (a) Compensatory and punitive damages;(b) Liquidated damages of ten thousand dollars.(B) A plaintiff who prevails in an action under section 4731.861 of the Revised Code is also entitled to reimbursement for the cost of the assisted reproduction procedure.Added by 134th General Assembly File No. TBD, SB 288,§1, eff. 4/4/2023.
