Section 4583.01 - License of ferries(A) No person shall keep a ferry across a stream running through or bounding on a county in this state, without having obtained a license therefor from the court of common pleas of such county.(B) Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than thirty dollars.Effective Date: 1/1/2004.
