Section 1707.162 - State retirement system investment adviser license required(A) No person shall act as a state retirement system investment officer unless the person is licensed as a state retirement system investment officer by the division of securities.(B) No state retirement system investment officer shall act as a dealer, salesperson, investment advisor, or investment advisor representative.Effective Date: 12/14/2004 .
