Section 54-34.3-02 - Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context or subject matter otherwise requires:

1. "Department" means the department of commerce.

2. "Director" means the director of the department of commerce division of economic development and finance.

3. "Division" means the department division of economic development and finance.
