Section 26.1-35-13 - Experience reporting for policies in force on or after the operative date of the valuation manual

An insurer shall submit mortality, morbidity, policyholder behavior, and expense experience and other data as prescribed in the valuation manual.

Added by S.L. 2015, ch. 217 (HB 1142),§ 16, effective on the January first following the date the insurance commissioner certifies to the secretary of state and the legislative council that the events listed in S.L. 2015, ch. 217 (HB 1142), § 18 have occurred.
