Section 62-13-10 - Fees

A uniform fee for filing, indexing and furnishing filing data for any instrument filed under the provisions of Sections62-13-8 and 62-13-9 New Mexico Statutes Annotated, 1978 Compilation, shall be one dollar ($1.00). Upon request of any person, the secretary of state shall furnish a copy of such instrument, and shall, upon request, certify the copy as being a true and correct copy of the instrument on file in his office. A uniform fee for each copy shall be seventy-five cents ($.75) per page, and the uniform fee for each certification shall be fifty cents ($.50). The secretary of state shall further certify as a true and correct copy of any instrument filed in his office pursuant to the provisions of Sections62-13-8 and 62-13-9 New Mexico Statutes Annotated, 1978 Compilation, any typed, printed or photocopied instrument furnished to him by any person if he shall find the copy to be a true and correct copy. The uniform fee for each certification shall be fifty cents ($.50).
