Section 61-6-3 - Meetings of the board; quorumA. The board shall hold four regular meetings every fiscal year.B. During the second quarter of each year, the board shall hold its annual meeting and shall elect officers.C. In addition to the regular meetings, the board may hold special meetings at the call of the president after written notice to all members of the board or at the written or electronic request of any two members.D. A majority of the members of the board shall constitute a quorum and shall be capable of conducting any board business.
