Section 49-1-20 - Sevilleta de La Joya grant; provisions applicable

The court having held that the trustees elected under the provisions of Sec. 828 of the special act for the management and control of the Sevilleta de La Joya grant are without authority, the provisions of the general law for the management and control of all Mexican and Spanish grants contained in Sections49-1-1 to 49-1-18 NMSA 1978 are hereby made applicable for the management and control of the Sevilleta de La Joya grant.
