Section 43-1-15.1 - Crisis triage centers; admission or treatment

A crisis triage center may accept:

A. voluntary admissions;

B. individuals who are voluntarily seeking treatment;

C. involuntary admissions; and

D. individuals who are not voluntarily seeking treatment.
