Section 11-9A-3 - Board member; alternate; appointmentA. The governor shall appoint the New Mexico member of the Rocky mountain low-level radioactive waste board, who shall serve at the pleasure of the governor. B. The board member may, with the approval of the governor, designate an alternate to represent New Mexico in the absence of the member.
