Section 5:12-123 - Continuing offensesa. A violation of any of the provisions of this act which is an offense of a continuing nature shall be deemed to be a separate offense on each day during which it occurs. Nothing herein shall be deemed to preclude the commission of multiple violations within a day of those provisions of this act which establish offenses consisting of separate and distinct acts.b. Any person who aids, abets, counsels, commands, induces, procures or causes another to violate a provision of this act is punishable as a principal and subject to all sanctions and penalties, both civil and criminal, provided by this act.L.1977, c.110, s.123; amended 1987, c.410, s.13.
