Section 48:24-10 - Liability for, payment of debts

A member shall not be liable for the debts of a rural electric cooperative, but nothing in P.L. 2017, c. 297(C.48:24-1 et al.) shall be construed to relieve any member from the payment of any debt due by the member to the cooperative.
