Section 39:2A-21 - Rules, regulations

The board shall adopt all rules and regulations in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) for the proper functioning of the commission, and as necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act, except for those relating to the internal governance of the commission adopted by the administrator. Current rules and regulations of the division shall remain in full force and effect until such time as they are repealed or amended by the board or in accordance with any other law.

Added by L. 2003, c. 13, s. 21, eff. on the date the Commissioner of Transportation certifies to the Governor that a majority of the members of the commission have been appointed or are in office and that all necessary anticipatory actions have been accomplished, provided, that the amount of revenues received pursuant to sections 109 and 110 of chapter 13 prior to the date of certification are hereby appropriated to the division.
