Section 39:2-3.5 - Violation, fourth degree crime

A person who knowingly obtains or discloses personal information from a motor vehicle record for any use not permitted under section 2 of P.L. 1997, c. 188(C.39:2-3.4) is guilty of a crime of the fourth degree.
