Section 27:23-43 - Authorization relative to existing projects, facilities of the Highway Authority

The authority, pursuant to the provisions of this act, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, improve, manage, repair and operate a project known as the "Garden State Parkway," authorized pursuant to section 20 of P.L. 1952, c.16 (C.27:12B-20), repealed by this act, and any other existing project or facility of the Highway Authority.
