Section 26:2J-18.6 - Regulations

The commissioner may promulgate regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to effectuate the purposes of P.L. 2005, c. 65(C.26:2J-18.2 et al.).
