Section 18A:64M-23 - Governor of contract claims, suits

Notwithstanding any of the provisions of the "New Jersey Contractual Liability Act" (N.J.S. 59:13-1 et seq.) to the contrary, contract claims and suits against the university shall be governed by that act.
