Section 17:48-12.4 - Suspension, revocation to do business

The commissioner may suspend or revoke the authority to do business in this State of any hospital service corporation that does not comply with the provisions of sections 11 through 15 of P.L. 2014, c. 81(C.17:48-12.1 through C.17:48-12.5).
