N.H. Rev. Stat. § 402-H:16
Current through Chapter 176 of the 2024 Legislative Session (excluding Chapters 96 through 142)
An administrator who violates or fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter or rules adopted pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to suspension or revocation of its certificate of authority or an administrative penalty not to exceed $2,500 for each violation.
