N.H. Rev. Stat. § 400-A:30
Current through Chapter 176 of the 2024 Legislative Session (excluding Chapters 96 through 142)
The commissioner shall keep a correct account of all fees and moneys received by him by virtue of his office, and shall pay the same over to the treasurer of the state forthwith.
