N.H. Rev. Stat. § 304-D:20
Current through Chapter 176 of the 2024 Legislative Session (excluding Chapters 96 through 142)
The provisions of RSA 304-C shall apply to professional limited liability companies, domestic and foreign, except to the extent that any such provision is inconsistent with any provision of this chapter.
