N.H. Rev. Stat. § 303:28
Current through Chapter 176 of the 2024 Legislative Session (excluding Chapters 96 through 142)
If the secretary of state, or any town or proprietors' clerk, shall not, within a reasonable time after the payment or tender of his fees therefor, make out, certify and deliver to any person a copy of any such record or documents in his possession he shall be fined $100, and be liable for all damages sustained by such neglect or refusal.
