Section 282-A:176 - Rules and RulemakingI. All rulemaking power provided in this chapter shall be exercised in accordance with the provisions of RSA 541-A. All rules adopted by the authority of this chapter shall be adopted pursuant to RSA 541-A.II. The terms "require," "prescribe," "determine," "establish," and "set" when referring to an action taken by the department of employment security to set a requirement binding on the public shall mean to "adopt a rule pursuant to RSA 541-A."1981, 408:3, eff.
