N.H. Rev. Stat. § 275:55
Current through Chapter 377 of the 2024 Legislative Session
If any provision of this subdivision, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of the subdivision, and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
