N.H. Rev. Stat. § 275:52
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
Any employer who wilfully violates any provision of RSA 275:43 or 44, or who wilfully fails to comply with any other requirement of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
