N.H. Rev. Stat. § 275-G:2

Section 275-G:2 - Veterans' Preference Employment Policy

Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, a private employer may establish a veterans' preference employment policy. Such policy:

I. Shall be in writing.

II. Shall be applied uniformly to employment decisions regarding hiring and promotion.
