Section 260:15 - Copies Of Certificates And Motor Vehicle RecordsI. The department may issue a certified copy of any certificate of registration, or of any license to drive motor vehicles which may have been lost or mutilated, upon the written request of the person entitled thereto and the payment of the prescribed fee, and such certified copy shall have the same force and effect as the original.II.
