Current through Chapter 176 of the 2024 Legislative Session (excluding Chapters 96 through 142)
True copies of all contracts made on behalf of this State pursuant to the Agreement shall be kept on file in the department of education and in the office of the Secretary of State. The department of education shall publish all such contracts in convenient form.
