Section 644A.705 - Evidence of personal integrity and moral responsibility of applicant; designation of person authorized to accept service of notice from Board and transact business1. The Board may refuse to issue a school of cosmetology license to any applicant who fails to present satisfactory evidence of personal integrity and moral responsibility, and, if the applicant is a corporation, the provisions of this subsection shall apply to all the officers thereof.2. No school of cosmetology license may be issued until the owner files with the Board a statement designating the person authorized to accept service of notice from the Board and to transact all business negotiations in behalf of the school.Added to NRS by 1960, 316(Added to NRS by 1960, Ch. 165, § 19) - (Substituted in revision for NRS 644.385 )
