Section 644A.930 - Unlawful to duplicate for illegal purposes or alter license or certificate of registration1. It is unlawful for a person to alter a license or certificate of registration issued pursuant to this chapter.2. It is unlawful for a person to reproduce mechanically or otherwise duplicate a license or certificate of registration issued pursuant to this chapter for purposes of fraud, deception, misrepresentation or other illegal purposes.
