Section 644A.905 - Unlawful to engage in practice of cosmetology unless wearing clean outer garments; regulations1. It is unlawful for a person to engage in the practice of any branch of cosmetology unless the person is wearing clean outer garments which are suitable to allow the safe and hygienic practice of cosmetology.2.
