Section 644A.800 - Advertisements for services relating to practice of cosmetology1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, an advertisement for services relating to the practice of cosmetology must list:(a) The name, as it appears on the license, and license number of the cosmetological establishment where the services will be provided; and(b) The name and number of the license or certificate of registration of any licensee or registrant mentioned in the advertisement.2.
