Section 475.235 - Disposition of claims by State Board of Examiners1. The State Board of Examiners may submit a copy of the claim to the State Fire Marshal for review. The State Fire Marshal shall make his or her recommendations to the State Board of Examiners who shall make a final determination of the disposition of the claim.2.
