Section 459.910 - Unlawful to store high-level radioactive waste in State1. It is unlawful for any person or governmental entity to store high-level radioactive waste in Nevada.2. As used in this section, unless the context otherwise requires, "high-level radioactive waste" has the meaning ascribed to that term in 10 C.F.R. § 60.2.
