Section 433.318 - Appointment of subcommittee or advisory committee; member qualifications; duties; compensation to extent of available funding1. The Commission may appoint a subcommittee or an advisory committee composed of members who have experience and knowledge of matters relating to persons with mental illness, persons with intellectual disabilities, persons with developmental disabilities, persons with substance use disorders or persons with co-occurring disorders and who, to the extent practicable, represent the ethnic and geographic diversity of this State.2. A subcommittee or advisory committee appointed pursuant to this section shall consider specific issues and advise the Commission on matters related to the duties of the Commission.3. The members of a subcommittee or advisory committee appointed pursuant to this section serve at the pleasure of the Commission.
