Section 425.370 - Duty of Division and prosecuting attorney to carry out Program Subject to administrative supervision by the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services pursuant to NRS 425.365:
1. Whenever the Division provides public assistance on behalf of a child, the Division and the prosecuting attorney shall take appropriate action to carry out the Program with regard to that child.2.
