Section 425.345 - Applicability of chapters 31A, 125B and 126 of NRS

To the extent they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, the provisions of chapters 31A, 125B and 126 of NRS apply to any action taken pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
