Section 392.46335 - Prohibition against disciplining pupils based on race1. A pupil enrolled in a public school may not be disciplined, including, without limitation, pursuant to subsection 5 of NRS 386.855 or NRS 392.466 or 392.467, based on the race of the pupil.2.
