Section 322.067 - Waiver of fee for grant of easement to local government for public road1. Upon the request of the governing body of a local government, the Administrator of the Division of State Lands of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, as ex officio State Land Registrar, may grant an easement for a public road to the governing body without charging a fee if the governing body agrees to pay the actual costs incurred by the State Land Registrar in granting the easement.2.
