Section 293.805 - Unlawful to pay compensation based upon total number of persons preregistered or registered or total number preregistered or registered in particular political party1. It is unlawful for a person to provide compensation for preregistering or registering voters that is based upon:(a) The total number of persons or voters a person preregisters or registers; or(b) The total number of persons or voters a person preregisters or registers in a particular political party.2.
